She compiled a track record of more than 15 years covering consultation and workshops for senior management with diverse cultural backgraounds from USA, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Her special expertise lies in strategizing and implementing a Service Roadmap within organizations from widely diverse industries. She was a key mover of the beginnings of Service Improvement initiatives of STB, SPRING and the Service Excellence WSQ SE framework of WDA. She founded ServiceWorks in 2002, to fulfill her vision to create a world where people serve one another with love. She holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management and Training degree with Leicester University, UK.
